The simple build is any business or personal website that does not require an online storefront, or appointment/reservation booking.

If you plan to sell merchandise on your website this requires building out product pages for each item, which means I’ll need additional time to complete this build.

Maybe you already have an active system in place to collect reservations or book appointments. I can help you merge your current system with your host website. Or if you’re starting from square one and want to add this feature to your website, I can help with that too. This service requires additional time to complete.

If you’ve already purchased a domain name, I will connect it to your website for you. Or if you still need a domain name, I can advise on an appropriate selection of a name and shop the best price for it.

After your website is finished I will show you how do edit anything that will regularly need updating. (Or keep me on a monthly retainer and I’ll do the work for you!)

If you need updates on your website frequently, i.e. weekly promotions, new product adds, featured content, upcoming events, etc., and would like to save time and headaches, I can do that for you! Just send your content and I’ll add it asap!

Pricing
Pricing varies based on what you need. Happy to discuss your website needs and come to an accurate estimate that works within your budget and your timeline. Below is some general info on my pricing.
Standard Rate: $27/hour.
Simple Build: Minimum amount for a simple build is $1500 (includes domain and host site set up, linking of social pages, and/or any other currently active accounts you want to incorporate.) A simple build can usually be completed in 1-3 weeks.
Storefront: Websites with a storefront require more time due to the amount of content (images, prices, product descriptions, quantity counts, nature of shipping). An allowance of at least 3-6 weeks of work is to be expected.
Cont’d Work Retainer: $200/month to update weekly promotions, featured content, upcoming events, and small design tweaks. Happy to do this for sites I did not build as well! Any additional design needs beyond these will go by my standard rate of $27/hour.
Marketing Emails Retainer: $100/month to organize your content into a professional email and if needed, scheduled sending, subscriber segmenting. Max two emails sent to your subscriber lists per month. $175/month for weekly blasts (four emails). Price does not include content writing.
